Who can attend Young Women camp?

The camp guide preface explains that the camp is open to all eligible young women to join the Young Women organization. It may also include young women who are not members of the Church but are willing to abide by the standards of the Church.

With parental approval, young women may attend overnight Young Women camps beginning in January of the year they turn 12.
