Parkview MyChart makes it quick and easy to get care for common problems like seasonal allergies, sinusitis, and headaches via electronic visits.

E-Visits uses a symptom-based questionnaire to diagnose and provide treatment for 12 common symptoms. No appointment or video visit required. It only takes a few minutes to complete the survey. Please allow 1 business day, excluding weekends, to receive your personalized treatment plan from your Parkview provider, including prescription medications if needed.

E-Visits are convenient, fast, safe, ideal for a wide range of conditions, and offer a discreet option when seeking care for uncomfortable problems (such as urinary problems).

The following conditions can be treated with E-Visit:

Pain that occurs in any part of the back due to causes such as injury, muscle strain, or pregnancy.

Blisters and sores on the lips and mouth.

Asthma, sinusitis, colds and other causes.

Long-term skin irritation causes itching, redness, swelling, and cracking.

Throbbing or throbbing pain on one or both sides of the head.

A burning sensation in the upper chest caused by spicy foods, acid reflexes, caffeine, etc.

Dizziness, nausea, and other sicknesses induced by movement.

Reddish/pink eyes.

Inflammation and inflammation of the lungs, eyes, etc. caused by pollen, dust, pet dander, etc.

Stuffy or runny nose caused by sinus problems, sinus pressure, etc.

Difficulty urinating, changes in urine and other urinary symptoms.

Burning, itching, pain, discharge, and spots can indicate vaginal problems.

  • Starting this June, Parkview MyChart will offer three new electronic visits. Contraception, erectile dysfunction, genital herpes.

To access this virtual care option, you must have a Parkview MyChart account and an established relationship with a Parkview provider. In Indiana he is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for adults 18 and older.

E-Visit is available regardless of insurance plan for a $39 payment and is processed upon receipt of your treatment plan. If your E-Visit is completed on Friday, your treatment plan will not be provided until the following Monday. Insurance is not accepted as part of this treatment option.

Some appointments require a physical hands-on evaluation and may not be eligible for an electronic visit. If a Parkview provider is unable to treat, we recommend visiting in person, but E-Visit charges will not be processed.
