Healthcare Note: Belmont Data Collaboration Focuses on Mental Health | Health Care

The Belmont Data Collaborative announced Wednesday a new initiative focused on addressing the mental health concerns of Nashville’s youth. Project WELL uses data, including data from real estate firm Avison Young, to identify the populations most in need of mental health care resources in their communities. Belmont Data Collaborative plans to release his first report in August.

Project WELL also includes funding from Brentwood-based fundraising platform CaringWays, and Virginia-based nonprofit Accessia Health will help deploy resources, according to a press release. BDC and its partners aim to raise her $1.2 million to provide mental health care as part of the project.
