According to a California Highway Patrol report obtained by PEOPLE, the 24-year-old actress was driving on a highway in Pasadena, California on April 29 when the incident occurred.
The newspaper said she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and injuring herself by driving the wrong way on the freeway.

A PULS representative did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
According to reports, Prus was also involved in a hit-and-run incident before the highway crash.
When the CHP arrived at the highway crash site, Ms. Prus was unable to get out of her vehicle and the Pasadena Fire Department had to use their life force to “rescue” her. The other driver was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Photos of the April 29 accident were shared on PFD’s official Facebook page, along with a statement confirming that both drivers were taken to Huntington Hospital.
“The Pasadena Fire Department responded to a traffic collision requiring assistance early this morning at the 134 Freeway/Orange Grove exit,” the statement read. “After a head-on collision was reported, arriving troops found two vehicles engulfed and one person trapped. Firefighters rescued one person from the vehicle, and the occupants of both vehicles We treated the patient and transported him to the hospital.”
“The reason for this is unknown, but it is to encourage people to always follow the speed limit, avoid drunk driving, and avoid being distracted by passengers, phone calls, etc.,” the statement added.
