C Lazy U Ranch in Granby was acclaimed for its gourmet cuisine with a twist on classics from the American West. Executive His Chef Corey Hachi creates farm-to-table inspired menus to enhance guests’ dining experience at the family-owned dude ranch.
Untch joined as Executive Chef in 2020 after gaining extensive experience in several 5-star hotels. He works closely with Front of House staff to ensure a truly memorable fine dining experience, according to the ranch’s site.
Beverage programs are being considered by voters and C Lazy U Ranch offers great wine and craft beer options. The ranch’s sommelier, Tony Collier, has designed a wine list that spans a range of old and new world wines, ranging from casual indulgence to extravagant indulgence, with a 2014 Burgundy priced at $1,600.
