The two-year program supports an outstanding team of critical care mentors and academics. Casey is poised to become a lead clinical researcher on polypharmacy and deprescribing in the emergency department (ED). Given the frequency of her ED visits, which are the result of inadequate polypharmacy, it is imperative in the emergency care field to have a professional to facilitate and initiate the unprescription conversation.
