In April, Dixon said efforts to secure Ramesh’s medical records from DuPage Medical Group through subpoenas and court orders had been unsuccessful since the first attempt was made in November 2022.
At a hearing in April, Dixon asked Law to downplay the medical group until he provided the records.
On May 4, representatives from the medical group attended a teleconference and the recording was handed over to the defense.
